Designed by Germán Frers, the Hallberg-Rassy 31 Mk II has excellent sailing characteristics. The boat is well balanced, and gently moves through the water, pointing and going to weather like no other 31 foot performance cruiser of her time age. She is easily single handed, as all lines are lead aft to the cockpit. DESIGNER´S COMMENTS
